Our Services

At Adelpha Finance Ltd, we help businesses access finance from a wide range of lenders that are suitable for your requirements (based on the information you disclose to us). We will provide you with information about the finance and the provider to ensure you understand the conditions of any offer before you decide to proceed.

You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us. We may ask some questions to narrow down the selection of products/options that may be available to you. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed.

For the avoidance of doubt, Adelpha Finance Ltd is not a lender; we are a Credit Broker and the purpose of our service is to introduce you to suitable business lenders.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide support for the service, by phone on 02071128123 (9:00 – 5:00, Monday to Friday) and by email on contact@adelphafinance.com. However, no guarantee is made as to the availability or response time of the Service, and we have the right to withdraw access at any time.

If, for any reason, you wish to make a complaint about our service, you can do this by writing to our Complaints Manager at Adelpha Finance Ltd, 59 Middleton Road, London, E8 4EE or by telephoning us on 02071128123 where we will try to resolve your concern at the earliest time possible.

Our Charges

We will not charge you any fee for our service as we receive payment directly from the lender(s) based upon successful provision of finance. If you would like to know how much we will be paid by the lender, we will disclose this information to you on request.

Should you have any questions relating to the above, please feel free to contact us on 02071128123.
